Elwood Oliver 1931-2012

Ed was born on June 10, 1931. Ed was a US Navy veteran who served on the USS DeHaven DD-727 during the Korean War, and worked in procurement with NASA for 30 years. He was preceded in death by his wife Bettye in 2011.

His survivors include two sisters, Lois Odom of Venice, FL and Ann Mobley of Houston, TX; one brother, Warren Oliver (Paula) of Panama City, FL; two daughters, Rebecca Dean (Daniel) of Huntsville and Dianne Oliver (Amy Brandebury) of Evansville, IN; two grandchildren, Christina Hearne (John) of Huntsville and Jacob Dean of Huntsville; and one great granddaughter, Lainey Hearne.
