The reunion will be held September 10 – 13, 2003 at the Embassy Suites Hotel, 110 W 600 S., Salt Lake City, UT 84101. Registration will begin on Tuesday, September 9, 2003 at noon in the hospitality room.

The hotel requested that you call on Monday – Friday to make your reservations direct with them at 1–800–325-7643 and be sure to mention USS DeHaven to get the room rate of $75. The total fee for the room with all taxes will be $83.40 per night.

The hotel offers a free complimentary breakfast of cooked-to-order breakfast including a variety of fresh fruit, dry cereals, hot oatmeal, bagels, toast, bacon, sausage, eggs, French toast, pancakes, hash browns, as well as juices, milk, tea, and coffee. There is also a Manager’s Reception every afternoon from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM in their Atrium, offering both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and snacks. Marie and I tried both the breakfast and the reception and the food and service were great.

Each room is a two-room suite with a sleeper sofa, a well-lit dining/work table, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, iron, two telephones with data port, and two remote control televisions with cable and Nintendo.

There is also courtesy van shuttle service to and from Salt Lake City International Airport. For those who drive there is free covered parking. For those with an RV arrangements can be made with the hotel just across the street for parking. So when you make your reservations with us, just let us know if you are coming in an RV and we'll let the hotel know.
